This project showcases a complete industrial automation solution for a packaging machine, from I/O mapping to full commissioning. All digital and analog inputs and outputs were verified and documented to ensure reliable machine operation, while the PLC execution sequence was carefully studied and optimized for accurate process synchronization. An intuitive HMI was developed with real-time monitoring, alarms, and parameter control, giving operators full visibility and command over the process. Filling, bag feeding, sealing, cutting, and discharge were synchronized into a seamless automated workflow, and the machine was tested under real operational conditions to validate precision, stability, and reliability. The result was a measurable improvement in productivity, reduced downtime, and enhanced packaging accuracy through automation optimization.
